Before COVID, we serviced the global pharmaceutical industry exclusively for over 20 years. Many of our projects required sourcing from China, which we managed jointly from our offices in Shenzhen, China and New York City. We are end-to-end supply chain experts – specializing in the China medical supply chain. The products we source meet or exceed all legal, medical, and regulatory standards which are necessary for import and distribution into countries according to the unique requirements for each country.
Once COVID took hold globally, we started receiving calls to leverage our established network of whitelisted manufacturers and our extensive experience in sourcing quality supplies from China. Every member of our New York City-based team has in-person, in-factory China sourcing experience, along with extensive global legal, medical and regulatory training. Our China-based team has 10 years of experience working hand in hand with our New York City based team.
As we help each new government, hospital system or medical supply distributor, we hear the same story over and over:

This has resulted from “overnight companies” with no experience in this area attempting to get into the complex international COVID business, with absolutely no idea what they are doing. Our first step in creating a division with 100% focus on global COVID supply was to become a supplier for the United States Government, which we have, passing all the requirements. Cognizant Cloud LLC DBA COVID Source-B2B is now active in the U.S. federal government's System for Award Management (SAM). A Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code has been assigned to us by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) CAGE Program.
Aside from being positioned to supply the United States, we have access to all the supply specs from FEMA, which is the highest global standard. All the products we source meet or exceed the applicable United States and individual county requirements including FDA, FEMA, CE, ANVISA, including fast track Emergency Use Authorizations.
We also offer certified translation services into all major languages for translated packaging and instructions.
All our white-listed factories have been certified by recognized third parties to meet all GMP requirements.
Because the global demand is so high, we must limit our services to high volume clients with 500,000 unit needs and up. The throughput of the highest quality PPE and Rapid IgG/IgM Tests are limited.
